BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (21 Alive) - A fumbled pitchout by Tevin Coleman ended a potential game winning drive by Indiana and allowed Minnesota to get out with a 42-39 win over the Hoosiers Saturday.

Nate Sudfeld's 30 yard touchdown pass to Cody Latimer capped an IU comeback from a 15 point deficit and moved IU in front 39-35, only to have Minnesota's Philip Nelson put the Gophers back in front with his fourth touchdown pass of the game.

Indiana then drove to the Minnesota nine yard line, but the Coleman fumble with 25 seconds left ended the opportunity.

The Hoosiers fell to 3-5 in losing one of the home games they needed to win in their drive to gain bowl eligibility.
