INDIANAPOLIS (21Alive) - Lindsey Bowers tossed a four hitter for her third straight postseason shutout and Leo won the school's first ever IHSAA state title with a 2-0 win over Gibson Southern Saturday in the 3A state softball title game.

The Lions score in the first inning on an error, and added their second run in the sixth on a Hannah Risser sacrifice fly.

Bowers did the rest, fanning five and walking none for her 20th win of the season, and Leo's 27th, giving the Lions a final mark of 27-6.
