FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Jaylon Smith ran for 107 yards and two touchdowns and the defense also scored twice in Bishop Luers' 35-21 football semi-state win over Bremen Friday night.
James Knapke hit Michael Rogers for a 61 yard touchdown pass, Kendrick Mullen returned a fumble 61 yards for a score, and Andrew Spencer took an interception 30 yards for a touchdown.
Luers now heads to Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis next Friday night to compete for its third straight 2A state title.
