INDIANAPOLIS (www.incnow.tv) - He took his team from a rough midseason situation to a fourth straight 2A state football title, and Steve Keefer says it was the players who need to get the credit for stepping up.
Keefer, who won a state title as head coach with Luers in 1985, led the Knights to their title winning finish Friday night, and admitted on More Of The Score late Friday night his interim stint is just that, that Luers principal Mary Keefer, also his wife, already has his resignation.
