BLOOMINGTON (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Two area relay teams were the top sucess stories for northeast Indiana at Saturday night's boys state high school track meet in Bloomington.
North Side's top seeded 4x100 relay team lived up to its billing in winning the event in 3:16.95, with Mohammed Bangura, Tyvon Kelley, Ed Benson, and Kersten Barfield competing.
Carroll won the 4x800 relay, with the team of Eric Claxton, Alexander Hess, John Hester, and Jonathan Harper combining on a 7:41.29 clocking.
Lawrence Central won the meet with 78 points, with Snider the top area team, tenth with 19 points.
