OSSIAN, Ind. (21Alive) - Norwell High School's girls basketball team will look to do something Saturday not done by the Lady Knights since 1977: win a semi-state championship.

No. 12 Norwell (21-4) gets that opportunity again at the 3A Warsaw Semi-State against No. 6 Western (21-4).

The Lady Knights advanced to semi-state after two wins in the regional round against NorthWood and Muncie Central.

Western is another uptempo offensive, zone defensive team that Norwell has to battle to advance to the 3A State Championship.

The 3A Warsaw Semi-State is Saturday at 6 p.m. Check for highlights on 21Alive at 11. Click on the video icon to hear more from the Lady Knights.
