Saint Francis Hold Football Banquet Two Days Before Start Of Spring Practice (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21 Alive) - Two days before spring practice begins for 2014 Saint Francis football, the weather delayed 2013 USF Football Banquet was held Sunday, with two defensive players taking the top awards.

Devon Rush and Matt Carden were named co-recipients of the Cougars’ 2013 Silver Helmet Award, an annual award which is selected by the USF coaching staff. The USF Silver Helmet recognizes academic and athletic achievement as well as outstanding attitude.
