MONTGOMERY, Alabama (www.incnow.tv) - Indiana Tech had its baseball season come to a close Saturday when the Warriors fell to top ranked Faulkner University 15-2 in the NAIA National Championship Opening Round.

The fourth-seeded Warriors were looking to avenge a loss to the top seeded Eagles earlier in the tournament, but Faulkner scored early and often to put the game out of reach, scoring all 15 of their runs in the first four innings.

Ben Christian and Bryan Brudi had two hits apiece as the Warriors finished with 12 hits on the afternoon.

Tech starter Zach Sailors suffered the loss, and reliever Josh Flory was solid out of the bullpen with 4 2/3 innings of scoreless relief.

Indiana Tech finished their season with a record of 33-18.
