TinCaps Fall To Loons Again

MIDLAND, Mich. – The Fort Wayne TinCaps could not hang on to a lead on Sunday against the Great Lakes Loons, and were defeated by the score of 6 - 5. The TinCaps had leads of 3 - 1 and 4 - 1, but a four - run surge by Great Lakes in the late going proved too much to overcome in the last of a four - game set at Dow Diamond. With the loss, Fort Wayne falls to 3 - 7 to begin the year and the club has lost three games in a row. The 'Caps open a three - game series with Dayton Monday night in Fort Wayne.
