FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter0 - Carlos Perez and Andy Burns each drove in a pair of runs in a third inning rally that ended up pacing Lansing's 6-2 win over the TinCaps Monday night.
Perez singled home the first two runs of the inning off Matt Wisler, and two batters later, Burns doubled in two more runs.
The TinCaps' offense began and ended with a fourth inning two run single by Duanel Jones.
The Caps hurt themselves with four errors and left nine men on base.
The series continues Tuesday night at Parkview Field.
