PEORIA, ILLINOIS (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The TinCaps rallied for a pair of runs in the tenth inning and beat the Peoria Chiefs 5-3 Monday, sweeping the three game series.
Emmanuel Quiles singled home the first two runs in the seventh, Luis Domoromo singled home another run in the eighth.
After Peoria scored three times to tie the game in their half of the eighth, the TinCaps pushed over the go ahead run in the tenth on a throwing error, and Rymer Liriano added a cushion with his eleventh homer of the season.
The win matched the TinCaps' longest winning streak of the season at four and was their first series sweep of the season.
They have Tuesday off and open a three game series with Cedar Rapids at Parkview Field on Wednesday night.
