LEO, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- It has been a pretty good season for A.J. and the Lions, but for A.J. Himself, last Saturday night against Whitko was even more special.
He hit them with a school record 47 points, including seven threes, and he added 15 rebounds to that.
It followed a 21 point night against Woodlan, closer to his average.
He and his teammates were aware of what was possible Saturday
A.J. has been a big factor in Leo's success, their scoring leader at over 20 a game, their rebounding leader at over nine a game.
And for A.J., if he is not getting it already, can be expected to be a top defensive priority for Leo opponents from here on in.
