Parrish Out At Tech; AD Also Let Go

(Fort Wayne)- Jeff Parrish was coming off another 20 plus win season, but now he is out a job. The Warriors Men's coach was fired this past Thursday and then on Friday Athletic Director, Roger Newton was dismissed.

According to Parrish one firing had nothing to with the other. He did say that his dismissal had nothing to do with any immoral or improper recruiting activities. Due to pending litigation Parrish did not want to comment any further.

As for Newton, he took over in August for longtime AD, Dan Kline. Details around his dismissal are not known.

Indiana Tech has declined comment on any of these matters.
