Big Ten, Pac 12 Form Alliance To Schedule Each Other More

UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The Big Ten and Pac 12 have entered into an alliance that will lead to schools from each conference seeing more of the other conference in competition.

Football amd basketball are the prime aims of the new arrangement, but all sports will be included.

The nature of football schedules will likely prevent implementation there until 2017, but the change in other sports could come as early as next season.

The goal is to have each member school in each conference play at least one member of the other conference in a given season in the various sports
