INDIANAPOLIS (www.incnow.tv) - Jack Cooley had 19 points and nine rebounds to pace Notre Dame's 81-68 win over Purdue on Saturday.
The Irish built a 22 point lead in the second half before former South Side star Rapheal Davis put on a one man show to get Purdue closer.
All 21 of Davis' game high points came in the second half, and he at one point scored 14 of Purdue's points in succession, and had a stretch of scoring 19 of their 21 points.
That effort did get the Boilermakers within ten, but Notre Dame pulled away to complete the win that raised their record to 9-1 and dropped Purdue to 4-6.
