YPSILANTI, MICHIGAN (www.incnow.tv) - Despite a career-high scoring effort from Kevin Harden, IPFW could not overcome a late turnover, falling 68-67 to Eastern Illinois in the final game of the Eastern Michigan "Ice Man" Classic.
Harden scored 22 points, while Frank Gaines scored 15 and Mario Hines 10.
The Dons returns to action Tuesday night against Judson College in a 7 p.m. tip-off at the Memorial Coliseum.
