IPFW Women See Lead Evaporated Against SIU-E

FORT WAYNE (www.incnow.tv) - IPFW saw a ten point halftime lead disappear as SIU Edwardsville rallied for a 74-67 women's basketball win over the Mastodons Sunday.

The Dons led 39-29 at the half, but the visiting Cougars came back behind a 23 point, 16 rebound performance from center Raven Berry.

Three Mastodons scored in double figures against SIU Edwardsville in the season opener, led by Haley Seibert's 15 points, 14 from Amanda Hyde and twelve from Rachel Mauk.

IPFW returns to action on Tuesday against Grace at 5:30 in the first part of a doubleheader that h as the men hosting Rochester at Memorial Coliseum.
