NORMAN, OKLAHOMA (www.incnow.tv) - Cierre Wood and Theo Riddick each ran for 74 yards and a touchdown as fifth ranked Notre Dame, an eleven point underdog, socked eighth ranked Oklahoma 30-13 Saturday night, insuring upward movement for the Irish in the national polls.
Wood erased a 3-0 Oklahoma lead with a 62 yard scoring run in the first quarter, and then Everett Golson, who ran for 64 yards while passing for 177 more, broke a 13-13 tie with a one yard run in the fourth quarter.
Riddick's 15 yard score with 1:36 to play cemented the verdict.
