DENVER (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Natalie Novosel scored 20 points and Brittany Mallory hit two big three pointers in overtime to help Notre Dame edge Connecticut 83-75 Sunday night and gain a spot in Tuesday night's NCAA women's national championship game.
Skylar Diggins added 19 points for the Irish, who are in the final for the second straight year.
Notre Dame will meet Baylor, a 57-45 winner over Stanford in the other semifinal, on Tuesday night for the title.
