FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) – Indiana Tech exploded for 10 runs in the first game of Sunday’s doubleheader, winning 10-0 before defeating Siena Heights University 1-0 in the nightcap to complete the series sweep.
Eric Zagone and Aaron Lewellyn followed up Saturday’s strong pitching performances with two impressive outings Sunday, combining for 15 scoreless innings while allowing just four total hits.
On the weekend, the Warrior pitching staff threw four complete games and did not allow a single run to Siena Heights through 31 innings of work, giving up only 13 hits and striking out 30 Saint batters.
