Tech Men, Women Net Home Wins

FORT WAYNE (www.incnow.tv) - Score wins for the both the basketball Warriors and Lady Warriors of Indiana Tech on Saturday.

Antonio Cannon poured in a career-high 25 points to lead all scorers as the Tech men topped Aquinas 70-60.

The victory improved Indiana Tech to 17-6 overall and 10-5 in WHAC play.

Melvin Brooks followed with 13 points and seven boards while Jordan Hickman had 10 points and seven assists.

Ulyssia Richmond became the latest Indiana Tech women’s basketball player to reach 1,000 career points in helping the Lady Warriors to an 81-74 victory over Aquinas.

Richmond, who entered the contest needing just four points to reach the milestone, bagged 14 in the game

Rachael Kruse finished with a team-high 20 points for Tech.
