FORT WAYNE (www.incnow.tv) - In his second game back from knee surgery, James Blackmon, Jr. blew up for 44 points in pacing Bishop Luers to their 79-63 win over South Side Friday night in the Summit Athletic Conference opener for both teams.
Vijay Blackmon, the freshman son of head coach James Blackmon, added 13 points to his older brother's total, all of this done with Indiana coach Tom Crean, James Blackmon, Jr.'s future collge coach in attendance.
Trae Masten led South with 13 points.
