Carroll, Dwenger Move To Tennis Regional

FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Carroll and Bishop Dwenger swept to boys sectional tennis titles on Friday.

The Chargers blanked Northrop 5-0 at the Carroll sectional final, getting singles wins from Ross Marano, Luke Garrison, and Austin Legere, and from the doubles teams of Cody Chase and Cory Daman, and Daniel Quade and Dillon Fernando.

At the Concordia sectional final, Dwenger used the singles wins of Charlie Scott, Patrick Holly, and Nathan Schleinkofer, and wins by the doubles teams of Luke Mlakar and Dillon Oswald, and Jacob Maskal and Matt Woodrum in their 5-0 blanking of New Haven.

The Chargers and Saints advanced to the regional at Carroll starting Tuesday.
