Dwenger, Leo, Canterbury, A.C. Sectional Game Winners; Wednesday Scores (VIDEO)

UNDATED (21 Alive) - Dwenger, Leo, Canterbury, and Adams Central won their way into sectional semifinal action on Friday night with Wednesday night opening round wins.

In 3A at New Haven, Kyle Hartman hit for 20 points and Grady Eifert added 18 as Dwenger topped Luers 65-48 in a basketball renewal of the Battle of the Bishops.

Jordan Banks led Luers with eleven points.

Leo got 16 from David Hardin and 15 from Dylan Barrow to key their 74-51 win over Angola, which sends the Lions against Dwenger on Friday night.

Justin Davis' 14 topped Angola.

In 2A at South Adams, freshman Jalen Paul had the winning basket and a team high 13 points as Canterbury tipped Bluffton 66-64.

Grant Prible had 18 for the Tigers.

Blade Kable dropped in 20 points and Nick Baumer ten to help Adams Central best South Adams 48-47, and gain a semifinal berth against Canterbury on Friday night.

Derek Wanner led the Starfires with twelve.
