Homestead Rallies Over Carroll, Luers, Snider, South, Northrop Win In SAC

FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Zach Terrell passed for 244 yards and three touchdowns and added 102 yards on the ground as Homestead rallied with 31 unanswered second half points for a 38-10 win at Carroll.

Two of Terrell's scoring passes went to Jake Weber.

James Knapke had 245 passing yards and a 93 yard TD hookup with Quyuan Mattox as Bishop Luers moved to 7-0 with a 34-7 win at North Side.

Jaylon Smith, Kenny Mullen, and Steve Kiermeier ran for scores and Alex Stronczac booted two field goals, one of them a 50 yarder for the Knights.

John Nelson rushed for 128 yards and a touchdown, Derrick Carlisle went for 126 yards on the ground with a score, and Akeim Kelsaw had 107 receiving yards with another score as Snider hung a 49-12 whipping on Harding.

Jordan Patterson ran for two touchdowns and threw for another in Wayne's 47-14 pounding of South Side.

Miquel Banks and Charles Gaston each added two rushing scores for the Generals.

Sam Buchanan had touchdown runs of 79 and 36 yards to key Northrop's 34-14 win at Concordia.
