HUNTINGTON (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Having cleared the semi-state hurdle they failed to clear a year ago, Huntington North seeks its first state softball title Saturday in Indianapolis against Plainfield.
The Lady Vikings say they are a much more confident group over a year ago, and that, the standout pitching of sophomore lefty Erin Rethlake, and booming bats and good defense should carry the day for them on Saturday.
