Fort Wayne (Indiana's NewsCenter)- Having completed a broad search process Canterbury School is pleased to announce the hiring of Scott Kreiger as the next varsity boys basketball coach. Entering his 15th year as a teacher at Canterbury, Kreiger brings a wealth of coaching knowledge and success to his new position.

“In seeking this exciting opportunity I saw a chance to continue building upon the positive momentum created under Coach Dan Kline, as well as to work directly with a very special senior group,” said Kreiger. “While the decision to step away from the girls coaching position was about the toughest I’ve had to make, in so many ways the time just seemed right for me to make this move.”

Coach Kreiger will work with a solid core of players returning from the school’s first ever appearance in the boys semi-state game last season.

With the change of coaching position, Canterbury has opened the search to fill the varsity girls head coach position.
