Snider, Homestead Takes Boys Sectional Track Titles

FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Snider and Homestead grabbed boys sectional track championships Thursday night.

Snider was an easy winner at the North Side sectional with 175 points to 93 for second place Northrop.

Included in the win were 1-2 finishes by Shauntis Lewis and Kendel Frederick in the 400 meters and Mitchell Dutton and Adam Williams in the 800 meters.

Homestead won at Wayne with 153 point to 120 for second place Wayne.

The Spartans had a double winner in Ryan Hire in both hurdles events.
