Colts' Harrison Sued In Philadelphia Shooting Case

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Colts receiver Marvin Harrison is being sued
by a man who says Harrison shot him in the hand and body last April
in Philadelphia.
Police are still investigating the shooting, but Harrison has
not been arrested or charged.
Meanwhile, Dwight Dixon is suing Harrison for $100,000 in
damages. Dixon says he sustained "serious and permanent injuries"
to his arm and body and a "severe shock" to his nervous system.
Calls to Harrison's attorney, Daniel Hart, and his agent, Tom
Condon, were not immediately returned. In April, Condon denied the
player was involved in the shooting. Colts coach Tony Dungy says
the team has received no new information about the case for a few
months.
