IRVING, Texas (AP) - Adam "Pacman" Jones didn't stay around
after team practice Thursday to address a scuffle with his bodyguard
at a Dallas hotel. The police are calling it a private matter that
will not lead to charges.
But it's still unclear how the incident might affect Jones' NFL
status. He was fully reinstated in August by commissioner Roger
Goodell after the cornerback served a 17-month
suspension for an accumulation of arrests and legal problems.
Goodell says the league is investigating the matter.
The Cowboys have made no official comments.
