FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Brian Kaufman scored two power play goals in the third period to push the Bloomington Prairie Thunder to a 5-3 win over the Komets Friday night, ending the K's three game win streak.
Kaleigh Schrock and Tab Lardner in his first game as a Komet scored goals two and a half minutes apart late in the second period to erase a 2-0 Bloomington lead, and Sean O'Connor tied it again in the third after the Prairie Thunder had gone back in front.
But then Kaufman clicked twice on the man advantage to secure the Bloomington win.
