(Geneva, Illinois) - Kellen Kulbacki and Ali Solis had RBIs as the Wizards took the opener of a Tuesday doubleheader at Kane County 2-0, but the Cougars rallied for the split with a 1-0 win over Fort Wayne.
Kulbacki drove in the first run of the opener with a first inning sacrifice fly and Solis had a second inning run scoring double, backing up the mound effort of three Wizards pitchers who combined on a five hit shutout.
Walter Correa's fourth inning RBI double for Kane County produced the only run of their win in the nightcap.
The two teams wrap up their three game series Wednesday.
