ROCHESTER, MI--- The International Hockey League announced Tuesday that Dayton Gems captaiin and defenseman Greg Labenski has been suspended five games for his actions during Saturday’s game with the Komets at the Memorial Coliseum
The suspension was issued as a result of an elbow to the head of Fort Wayne's Konstantin Shafranov, who suffered a concussion and had to be placed on the 30 day injured list.
