Jun 18, 2007 - (Fort Wayne) - In an announcement made in the Indians's NewsCenter newsroom Monday night, Mad Ants was the name give Fort Wayne's new entry into the NBA Devevlopement League slated to begin play in November.
Team president and general manager Jeff Potter liked the fighting look of the new logo, which is maroon and gold in color. The team, now with a name in place, will begin to build itself in the marketplace and on the court.
