Parker, Duncan Help Spurs Past Pacers

INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Tony Parker tallied 28 points and Tim Duncan added 26 rebounds to his eight points as the San Antonio Spurs nipped the Indiana Pacers 90-87 Wednesday night.

Manu Ginobili added 18 points and seven assists for San Antonio.

Danny Granger's 23 points led the Pacers, with Roy Hibbert chipping in 14.
