HOUSTON (www.incnow.tv) - It was a good day Saturday for the Mad Ants' Tony Mitchell.
The forward was the winner of the NBA D-League Slam Dunk Contest which took place at halftime of the NBA D-League All-Star Game.
Mitchell's final round combined score of 95 on his two dunks bested Idaho’s Josh Owens.
Mitchell earned a perfect score of 50 on his final dunk.
Former NBA stars Darryl Dawkins and Micheal Ray Richardson, current players DeJuan Blair and Shannon Brown, and a fan, made up the judging panel.
Reno’s Dar Tucker, a two-time NBA D-League All-Star Dunk Champ, and Glen Rice, Jr. of the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, also competed in the Dunk Contest.
