FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The Komets' second day of their 2012 training camp was highlighted by the camp's first scrimmage.
With coach Al Sims watching and evaluating from up in the stands, the Colin Chaulk led White Team topped the the Black Team led by Brett Smith 4-2.
Jean-Philippe Chabot had two goals for the winning White, with the others coming from Mark Hoban and Brandon Metz, while John Dunbar aand Patrick knowlton tallied for the Black.
It was the first of five such scrimmages scheduled for the first week of camp, which continues Monday with another scrimmage and two one hour morning practices.
