DAYTON, OHIO (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Jean-Michel Rizk and Jamie Milam each had a pair of goals as the Komets raced out to a 6-0 lead and thumped the Dayton Gems 8-2 Tuesday night.
Rizk and Milam accounted for the three first period goals that created a 3-0 lead, and then Artem Podshednyalov, Frankie DeAngelis, and Bobby Chaumont scored in the second to build a 6-0 lead.
Colin Chaulk and Rizk finished the scoring in the third period.
The K's, now 3-3, head off to Rapid City for games Friday and Saturday night.
