Komets Even Up Series with Overtime Win

Independence, Missouri (Indiana's NewsCenter)- It may the game the defines the season for the Komets. Down two different times in game 4 of their series with Missouri the K's did not stop working and ended up getting a 5-4 overtime win to even the series at 2.

Missouri tallied the first goal of the game when Ed McGrane scored on the power play in the second period. The K's then woke up and rattled off three straight goals in 2:42 seconds. J.M. Rizk tallied his 3rd goal in the last 2 nights.

The Mavs then came back with 3 straight goals to begin the third period and suddenly the Komets were down 4-3. It stayed that way until Jamie Milam scored with 22 seconds to go in regulation to send it to overtime. It wasn't until the second overtime when Frankie DeAngelis scored a power play goal to win it.

Game 5 of the series is in Missouri Saturday night.
