Komets Hang On, Clip Rapid City

FOPRT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Jesse Bennefield, Leo Thomas, and Colin Chaulk each had a goal as the Komets held off the Rapid City Rush 3-2 Friday night.

The K's built a 3-0 lead after two periods and had to withstand a third period push by the Rush to move to 2-1 on the season.

The K's are in Evansville Saturday night.
