Komets Let Lead Slip Away Again, Fall In Overtime (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21 Alive) - Former Komets Mike Ratchuk snapped a 4-4 tie with his goal with 19 seconds left in overtime and the Wheeling Nailers overcame an early 3-0 deficit to top the K's 5-4 Saturday night.

Goals by Nik Pokuluk and Mickey Lang in the first period and Lang again in the second period put the K's up 3-0, but Wheeling then rallied for four straight to take a 4-3 lead before Nick Tuzzolino tied the game with six minutes remaining.

Ratchuk then ended it in overtime.

The K's play in Evansville Sunday night and the game can be seen on MyTV Fort Wayne at 6pm.
