Lloy Ball Set For Return To Russia One More Time

UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - 2008 volleyball Olympic gold medalist Lloy Ball will return within days for one more season of pro volleyball in Russia and put his announced retirement on hold.

Playing in the Brad Miller Big Brothers Big Sisters golf outing this week(Ball and Miller are neighbors in Steuben County), Ball said everything fell into place to allow a return to Russia.

His ailing knee was fixed, the money was good, he would have a shorter season by three months, and have to play a third of the amount of games.

And it allows his familty to be there much of the time with him.
