LOS ANGELES (www.incnow.tv) - The Mad Ants, who built their recent eight game winnning streak on big finishes, saw things go the other way Saturday night in a 113-106 loss to the Los Angeles D-Fenders.
The Ants took a two point lead to the final twelve minutes, then were outscored 30-21 by L.A. in that period.
Fort Wayne lost despite getting double doubles from three players, 31 points and twelve rebounds from Luke Harangody, 15 points and twelve rebounds from Miles Plumlee, and 16 points and twelve assists from Anthony Harris.
Gary Flowers topped the D-Fenders with 30 points.
The Mad Ants come back east to finish their lengthy road swing starting with a stop in Canton on Monday night.
