Russell Returning To Mad Ants

FORT WAYNE (www.incnow.tv) - Walker Russell, Jr., a Mad Ants spark plug for parts of the last three seasons, will be back for at least the early part of this season.

The talented point guard, cut in the preseason by Oklahoma City of the NBA, will join the Ants when the NBA D League okays the paperwork on his claiming by Fort Wayne.

Russell in 16 games last season, averaged 16 points and ten assists before being called up by Detroit, where he finished the season.
