FORT WAYNE (Indiana's NewsCenter) - What started out so well turned into a rough night for the TinCaps Saturday night against Bowling Green.

The Caps let go of a 2-0 lead and ended up 11-2 losers to the visiting Hot Rods, the most runs given up by Fort Wayne this season in a game.

Lee Orr, and Yeison Asencio clubbed second inning back to back homers, but the TinCaps never crossed the plate again.

A pair of Fort Wayne errors allowed Bowling Green to tie the game in the fifth, and they blew the game open with a seven run eighth inning.

The four game series continues with a rare Sunday night game against Bowling Green, starting at 7pm.
