DETROIT (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Edwin Jackson pitched seven plus strong innings in his Chicago White Sox debut and helped beat his former team, the Detroit Tigers 4-1 Wednesday night.
Paul Konerko and Carlos Quentin each homered for Chicago, and Konerko also drove in a run with a single.
Jackson was obtained by the White Sox from Arizona last week.
Brandon Inge singled in the lone Tiger run in his first game back from a broken hand.
