FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The Fort Wayne Komets dropped their first three games of the second half of the season over the weekend. The Evansville Iceman beat the K's with back-to-back 3-1 games.
The Komets also fell to the Missouri Mavericks, 4-3, in a shootout on Sunday, which salvaged a point for the K's this weekend.
Despite early troubles, Fort Wayne maintains a three-point lead in the Turner Conference over the Iceman and Quad City.
Tommy Schoegler and Komets goalie Nick Boucher recap the rough week for the K's and Boucher's time at the CHL All-Star Game, and look ahead to two home games against Tulsa this weekend.
