FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Pitcher Chris Fetter was a big part of the inaugural TinCaps team that would set minor league baseball records on their way to the 2009 Midwest League Championship.

After a championship run with the 'Caps, Fetter move to Padres affilate, Lake Elisnore. During his second season with the Storm, Fetter blew out his elbow, requiring Tommy John surgery.

Fetter is back in Fort Wayne after rehab starts with Padres affilate, Eugene, getting his career back on track.

Fetter joined Tommy Schoegler on Sound Off With The TinCaps presented by Northern Indiana-Ohio Chevy Dealers to talk about his journey, his return to Fort Wayne and his contributions to the second half.
