FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - There have been many Northeast Indiana high school student-athletes who have gone on to have successful college and professional sports careers.
Names like Rod Woodson, Rick Fox and DeeDee Nathan have given way to the Beasley Brothers, James Hardy and Jarrod Parker.
All along that way is a recruiting process. Often times, recruiting starts as far bag as middle school. For others, its that big-time athlete's senior season that can make or break their future.
Kent Hormann and AWP Director of Operations Scott Zeigler discuss the importance of the recruiting process, as it applies to local talent.
