Luers Late Explosion Kayos Woodlan; Adams Central, Homestead, Marion Winners

UNDATED (Indiana's Newscenter) - Brierra Young scored 16 points and Bishop Luers outscored Woodlan 28-6 in the fourth quarter to drill the Warriors 63-34 in the semifinals of the 2A Woodlan sectional Friday night.

Led by eleven points from Lauren Harvey, Adams Central pulled down South Adams 34-12 in the other semifinal and will meet Luers Monday night for the title.

Carmen Lowe had eleven points and nine rebounds as Homestead turned back North Side 41-25 at the 4A Jay County Sectional and will play Huntington North in Saturday's semifinals.

Jay County, despite 19 points from Danielle Link, dropped a 58-56 double overtime decision to Marion, who will play South Side in the other semifinal at Jay County.
